# ; Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong focus on UX to join the team. You will work directly alongside the Head of Product to execute Venga's product strategy while taking ownership of the user experience journey and managing the design process from start to finish. If you are knowledgeable and passionate about crypto and blockchain technologies, are hungry for a challenge, and are looking to work in a fast-paced startup environment, then this role is for you!

# ; What You'll Be Doing

• Work with the CEO and Head of Product to understand and execute Venga's product vision and development roadmap.
• Manage the whole Product Lifecycle Management, overseeing the entire product lifecycle—from concept to launch and iteration—ensuring effective prioritisation throughout the process.
• Be the backlog owner, creating and prioritising user stories, and following and creating the product roadmap.
• Take ownership of technology leadership, leading and innovating to keep the product at the forefront of the industry.
• Dissect Venga's existing UX / UI to gain a deep understanding of the product and UX flows.
• Take over and lead, and improve all core development.
• Take over and lead all user engagement development.
• Own entire Core, gamification and user engagement product development processes from concept ideation and partnership development to user acquisition.
• Prepare overall business process BPMN and / or flow diagrams to show the end-to-end product functionality.
• Split product features into epics and user stories, and write detailed descriptions of each user story that will be ready for engineering.
• Manage a squad of engineers and communicate with them on all product needs and goals so that engineering goes smoothly and all deadlines are met.
• Work with the design team, managing the UX / UI design process from start to finish, building the UX flows in Figma yourself, and owning the UX / UI for your products.
• Set KPIs and track usability results while proactively proposing product enhancements to elevate user experiences and boost retention.
• Continuously conduct usability tests, surveys, and user interviews to gather data that you will feed into the product and relay to the marketing team.
