Your mission

Our Product team sits in the heart of our business, defining product strategies for both The Workshop and our business partners. Working hand in hand with your Engineering, Product and Design colleagues, you’ll articulate a vision for the products you own, aligned to our business goals and those of our valued partners, and you’ll lead a team of bright and enthusiastic product people on that journey. You’ll bring energy, empathy, experience and passion to the team, setting a high bar and coaching those around you to bring out their very best. You’ll also build exceptionally strong and mutually respectful relationships with our partners, iteratively delivering a shared roadmap of value.

What you'll do

• Embrace and embody a customer‑centric and product‑led culture, focused on fast paced research, design, prototyping and development across the extended product delivery team, with a constant eye on driving future customer and commercial value.
• Design, develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for each product in your portfolio, which will evolve over time.
• Become renowned as the product “guru” within the partner organization, representing your product area at a senior level in all relevant internal and external conversations.
• Recruit and mentor new team members, creating a dynamic, exciting and yet sustainable working environment within The Workshop which attracts and retains outstanding, values‑driven talent.
• Bring innovation to the heart of the business, sponsoring hack events and ensuring continuous learning across the teams.
