What you'll be doing

• Attracting, retaining, and developing high-quality employees, including direct line management.
• Leading and supporting Account Managers and Operations through strategic client solutions.
• Managing key accounts directly, including client interactions to promote our services.
• Developing plans and strategies to grow the business and meet sales goals, including new business from transactional and strategic accounts, in collaboration with the SVP of BD and CCO.
• Building a scalable structure to support growth and elevate standards across the organization.
• Formulating account strategies with Account Managers and therapeutic leaders, including generating RFPs and client presentations.
