We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Client Service Officer to join our Treasury Services Client Servicing team in EMEA. This role is located in Madrid, Spain.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways :

  • Servicing clients across different market segments and / or regions with multiple countries and languages.
  • Acting as an escalation point for Tier 1 Clients within EMEA and performing regular service reviews to discuss service quality, client insights, and inquiry efficiency analysis.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement & influencing client behavior to drive an improved client experience.
  • Acting as a point of escalation for client service officers and supporting training across the team.
  • Providing day-to-day servicing support to BNY Mellon Treasury Services Relationship Management and maintaining a positive client experience for our existing and potential clients.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following :

  • Direct client-facing experience within financial services
  • Experience with correspondent banking or understanding of the payments product and lifecycle
  • Experience presenting high-impact data to clients both face-to-face and virtually
  • Experience discussing client digital solutions with clients
  • Experience working in a global team
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
