Exploring the role

The Associate Partner - Sales will be a dynamic salesperson who drives data and metric based decisions while pushing both speed and volume. The role is focused on business development efforts to maximize revenue potential of RateGain’s portfolio of SAAS based products. The role also demands generation and development of new business opportunities and delivering an integrated approach to business development framework.

How your day will look like / Job responsibility

Define and drive the go – to market strategy for French market.

Focus on selling to individual hotels or small hotel groups ( Generating leads through daily cold calls, social media, industry contacts and other online platforms.

Build a healthy sales pipeline and constantly feed it.

Generate, develop, and close sales opportunities of RateGain SaaS based solutions to B2B customers in hospitality vertical (focus on the digital marketing offering).

Achieve the assigned sales target.

Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest ensuring optimal coverage of all territories at all times.

Perform market analysis and research on prospecting new clients.

Market visits for Face-to-Face meetings and product demonstrations, participation in events & fairs.

Strong coordination within different departments for smooth handover & onboarding of new customers signed.

Assist the market head in marketing efforts – B2B marketing, webinars, trade show participation and lead generation.

Education & Work Experience

3+ years of experience in sales, including cold calling and new customer acquisition.

Graduation / post-graduation in related fields with excellent communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint.

Location : Fully remote (Based out of Spain or Germany)

Knowledge

Understanding of product offerings.

Experience in selling Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.

The ideal candidate would already have an existing portfolio of contacts (hotels).

Demonstrated experience in delivering professional services and projects to clients.

Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.

History of over quota performance against assigned company goals.

Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.

Proficiency in identifying and prioritizing leads, and efficiently navigating them through the sales pipeline.

Skills

Experience managing new business, add-on, and renewal sales channels.

Must have strong Tech Sales background with experience in SaaS Travel Industry.

Good understanding of the French Hotelier market (top players, influencers, associations etc.)

Selling digital advertising solutions in hospitality / travel industry would be an added advantage.

Proficient in lead generation and management techniques.

Must have an affinity for technology sales - being able to convey business value from technical solutions.

Proactively reach out to new customers via email, calls, leads and in-person meetings.

Must be NATIVE in French and fluent in English (any additional language is a plus).

Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders & customers effectively.

Deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and preferences .

Analytical mindset with a focus on identifying and solving problems.

Strong empathy / obsession for customers and passion for revenue and growth.

Ability to work in a fast paced, high-transaction type sales environment.

Ability to work as key member of sales management team and leadership teams.

Self-motivated, independent thinker, hard worker, thought leader, high integrity.
