Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.We're looking for an experienced Regional Director to join our Sales and Go-to-Market team who will lead one of our Enterprise account teams. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you'll be responsible for :

  • Recruiting, hire and develop world-class sales talent, build development plans for each sales rep, and coach and motivate sales team to overachieve on targets
  • Understanding and solve customer pain points through Zscaler's unique value proposition
  • Being the GM of your business and create a plan for success, and accurately forecast business monthly / quarterly / yearly
  • Acting as executive sponsor for key partners to create joint plans, generate pipeline and drive opportunities to closure
  • Fostering a culture which embraces DE&IWhat We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales management experience within software or security industry
  • Experience managing a team of individuals focusing on global and strategic accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Progressive selling experience engaging with accounts and selling at C-LevelWhat Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • You have established relationships with current and prospective customers
  • You understand the bigger picture, customer goals and how technology can facilitate them
