Ebro seeks a dynamic Regional Lead with enthusiasm and initiative to develop sales strategies in Spain, based in Madrid.
This role requires assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive sales plans for assigned regions in Spain. The Regional Lead will collaborate with the Ebro team and report to the Sales Director.
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth in different regions of Spain.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment with sales goals and objectives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing presentations and sales materials.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
