• Understand the challenges faced by prospects customers and the industry in relation to electrical CAD-driven software applications.
• Address customer issues via phone email chat and in-person communication.
• Oversee progress on customer cases raised to vendors and third-party providers.
• Build and deliver software solution training and professional services (online and in-person) for customer implementations.
• Create blogs videos podcasts and webinars to educate users and provide self-help resources.
• Suggest improvements to customer design and manufacturing processes in the electrical control systems market.
• Develop new solution definitions to meet customer challenges using electrical design and manufacturing applications.
• Ensure customer success through excellent interactions and experiences.
