Senior Technical Program Manager

Overview We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of a position-keeping system in Corporate and Investment Banking. This critical project requires exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience in managing cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and with high quality. They will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, as well as ensuring seamless integration with existing financial systems.

The successful candidate will also possess strong stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Additionally, they will be responsible for tracking project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and leading and motivating a cross-functional project team to foster a collaborative work environment.

Requirements 6+ years of technical experience in similar roles

Technical knowledge of Murex configuration and capital markets

STEM degree and finance background

Fluency in Spanish
