This role is for a seasoned professional who can manage complex, cross-functional workstreams, mentor a high-performing team, and translate raw data into compelling narratives for our executive leadership. You won't just provide data; you will provide the "so what" and "now what" that drives critical decisions.

What You'll Do

• Drive Strategic Direction : Lead high-impact analytical workstreams across multiple products and business units, uncovering insights that shape our most important initiatives.
• Influence Leadership : Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategic recommendations and present them compellingly to senior and executive-level stakeholders.
• Mentor and Elevate : Guide and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence, curiosity, and rigorous best practices across the team.
• Champion Data-Driven Decisions : Partner directly with business leaders to identify opportunities, quantify risks, and establish metrics that define success.
