YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE :
- Providing expertise and collaborating with stakeholders to generate new product feature ideas and improvements, and also estimating the potential impact of planned projects.
- Continuously engaging with product squads to understand the problems that need solving, gathering requirements, and defining the best deliverables to meet business needs.
- Having full ownership of your analysis, from ideation to communicating results and making recommendations to all levels of the company, including senior management.
- Developing and evaluating A / B tests and other analyses to measure and report the performance of released features, ensuring correct changes and features are launched in our apps.
- Working closely with developers and data engineers to create and capture data aligned with business logic for modeling and analysis.
- Being involved throughout the complete product lifecycle to ensure a data-driven process.
- Bringing new insights and championing them through analyses, dashboards, and storytelling. We value ideas over hierarchy, and there's always a new path if your idea is convincing and well-supported by data!

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE :
You have a natural curiosity that motivates you to answer WHY things happen, aiming for well-founded, actionable results rather than surface-level understanding.Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields with a strong mathematical-statistical background.Previous experience as a Senior Data Analyst in a data-driven environment, preferably within tech product organizations, with direct stakeholder contact.Exceptional analytical skills, lateral thinking, and proven ability to solve challenging problems.Strong knowledge of SQL, databases, and statistical programming tools (e.g., Python, R) for exploratory analyses, reporting, and maintaining ETLs.Extensive experience designing digital experiments and analyzing A / B test results, supported by a solid statistical foundation. Causal methodologies experience is a plus.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) and event tracking tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA, Firebase).Successful mentoring experience with junior analysts, guiding their growth and skill development.Ability to engage and influence decision-makers using data visualization and storytelling, with excellent English communication skills.BENEFITS & PERKS IN A NUTSHELL :
