Overview Reporting to the Head of Brand, the selected candidate will be tasked with creating a range of marketing and academic materials in both print and online formats, e.G., brochures, monthly e-newsletters, guidelines, emailers, event programs and informative flyers, among others. The candidate will be highly creative and passionate about design and will proactively propose and create new designs and materials to keep EU abreast of trends to impact its target audiences. They will have strong interpersonal skills and are excellent team players. High level of English.
Responsibilities Graphic communication : the creation of posters, invitations, banners, signage, leaflets, catalogs, etc.
Corporate imagery : including the preparation of templates, layouts and logos.
Photography : retouching photos for digital and printed materials.
Production of highly impactful materials within a defined timeframe
Requirements 5 years’ experience in a similar design role
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or equivalent
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).
Strong layout design skills.
Knowledge of motion graphics and digital design will be valued positively
Catalan and Spanish is mandatory, and a minimum B2 level in English
Experience in supplier management (printers)
Valid work permit
