The role :
As a Graphic Designer at Frontiers, you will shape how our brand is communicated across channels. Reporting to the Creative Director and working with the Digital Marketing team, you will create visual assets, animations, and templates supporting campaigns and reflecting our mission.
Key responsibilities :
Design marketing assets that are brand-compliant and strategic
Create motion graphics and animations for dynamic content
Support digital marketing projects, balancing multiple priorities
Contribute creative concepts and problem-solving skills
Maintain visual identity consistency across assets and platforms
Collaborate on UX / UI and design to ensure a seamless brand experience
Support branding standards and best practices
Provide feedback to evolve creative output
Mentor junior designers as the team grows
Represent the design team in cross-functional meetings
Identify opportunities to showcase design value within the organization
About you :
Proven experience in digital and print graphic design
Skills in motion design and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and collaborative tools like Figma
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Excellent visual storytelling and attention to detail
Team-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused approach
Experience with brand identity systems
Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional team
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience (in-house or agency)
A portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills (see Frontiers portfolio on Behance)
Understanding of digital media trends and industry innovations
Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and grow
