Overview Account Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist at Neurons Lab. We are looking for an innovative and strategic ABM Specialist to design, launch, and manage highly targeted ABM programs for our AI consulting business. You’ll own the end-to-end ABM strategy—from platform setup to campaign execution—driving engagement and growth within key Financial Services accounts. You’ll collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to deliver personalized experiences that convert high-value enterprise accounts into long-term partners.
Responsibilities Lead the setup and optimization of a new AI-driven ABM platform
Design and execute end-to-end ABM strategies aligned with company goals
Launch personalized, multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events, WhatsApp, etc.)
Craft account-specific messaging and value propositions for multiple stakeholders
Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure ABM efforts drive pipeline growth
Segment and prioritize accounts based on ICP and data insights
Measure and report on campaign engagement, pipeline impact, and ROI
Continuously optimize campaigns with A / B testing, personalization, and data insights
Collaborate with content / design teams on tailored assets (case studies, playbooks, etc.)
Stay ahead of ABM tech, AI-driven personalization, and industry trends
Qualifications Mastery of ABM methodology, tools, and campaign orchestration
Strong data-driven decision-making and reporting skills
Exceptional ability to craft tailored value propositions
Expertise in marketing automation, CRM platforms, and AI optimization
Knowledge of multi-channel campaign execution
3–5 years B2B marketing experience, including 2+ years in ABM-focused roles
Proven track record of building / scaling ABM programs in enterprise SaaS or consulting
Experience aligning ABM with sales and marketing for measurable pipeline impact
Success managing campaigns for complex sales cycles & high-value accounts
Familiarity with ABM platforms, intent data tools, and CRM / automation integrations
Bonus : Prior ABM experience in Financial Services Industry (FSI)
Knowledge ABM best practices & AI-driven personalization
Enterprise buying committees & multi-stakeholder engagement
Segmentation and prioritization frameworks
Research techniques : data tools, LinkedIn, company reports, industry news
Familiarity with FSI regulatory and competitive landscape (preferred)
