Marketing Specialist

Overview We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive growth in the Spanish market. As a specialist, you will be responsible for managing marketing operations and information management on our AI-powered retail analytics solution. Whether you are an experienced professional seeking new challenges or an emerging talent eager to make a mark, this role offers an opportunity to influence our success and drive growth globally.

Responsibilities Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing Spanish clients, ensuring their satisfaction and ongoing success.

Customer Success : Ensure effective onboarding and ongoing support to our client\'s field users in order to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Spanish-speaking markets.

Product Training : Design training presentations, and train client teams to understand and use Occicor\'s solution efficiently.

Information Management : Add and update the product and store information on Occicor\'s AI-powered retail analytics solution.

Content Marketing : Create and execute content marketing through our website and social media channels.

Operational Excellence : Monitor field operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure correct usage of our software.

Continuous Improvement : Identify technical problems in the product and processes, and provide feedback to the related teams within Occicor.

Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related fields

Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal)

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and online tools are required

Knowledge of Hubspot and Apollo is a plus

Experience in marketing, marketing operations, digital marketing, field operations or a related position is required

Experience in retail or fmcg / cpg sectors is a plus

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
