Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a network of regional sales partners and distributors in North Spain. This involves overseeing the onboarding process of new partners, building long-term business relationships, and ensuring the effective implementation of the company's partner program.
Key responsibilities
- Identifying and supervising a network of regional sales partners and distributors
- Oversight of the onboarding process of new partners
- Building long-term business relationships with partners
- Organizing and coordinating online and in-person training sessions for partners
- Defining and driving business plans with partners to ensure continuous strategic and commercial development
- Acting as a key point of contact representing the company with professionalism and expertise
- Updating CRM systems with relevant partner information for accurate tracking and reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications
Solid IT knowledge gained through academic background, university studies, or equivalent qualification—ideally in the field of cybersecurity or cloud servicesAt least five years of professional experience in the IT sector and a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processesRelevant experience in dealing with sales partners and distributors in Spain and successfully developing partners strategically and economicallyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesBenefits
