Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a network of regional sales partners and distributors in North Spain. This involves overseeing the onboarding process of new partners, building long-term business relationships, and ensuring the effective implementation of the company's partner program.

Key responsibilities

  • Identifying and supervising a network of regional sales partners and distributors
  • Oversight of the onboarding process of new partners
  • Building long-term business relationships with partners
  • Organizing and coordinating online and in-person training sessions for partners
  • Defining and driving business plans with partners to ensure continuous strategic and commercial development
  • Acting as a key point of contact representing the company with professionalism and expertise
  • Updating CRM systems with relevant partner information for accurate tracking and reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Solid IT knowledge gained through academic background, university studies, or equivalent qualification—ideally in the field of cybersecurity or cloud services
  • At least five years of professional experience in the IT sector and a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes
  • Relevant experience in dealing with sales partners and distributors in Spain and successfully developing partners strategically and economically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
