Senior Hospitality Designer

Overview We are seeking a Design Manager to oversee the design and execution of various hospitality and food service projects across Europe, North Africa, and Turkey.

The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree in Interior Design or Architecture and at least 5 years of experience in design management, specifically within the F&B and hospitality sectors. A strong portfolio showcasing successful F&B and hospitality design projects is essential, demonstrating creativity and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities Oversight of F&B and hospitality spaces to ensure alignment with brand identity and guest expectations.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to create integrated design solutions.

Management of design projects from initial concept through to execution, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline compliance.

Conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends to inform and inspire innovative design strategies.

Prior experience working with sustainable design practices in the F&B and hospitality sectors is also desirable. Knowledge of branding, marketing, and customer experience strategies specific to hospitality is essential, as well as familiarity with construction processes and vendor management.
