Our Subco Europe and IO team is looking for a Subcontracting Administrator based in Madrid, to support our growing subcontracting activity in the Benelux region, Switzerland, France, and Greece.

In the subcontracting team you will be working under the supervision of our Personnel Team Leader with the following responsibilities :

Main Responsibilities

• Participate in the selection process of outsourced resources for our internal clients in Benelux, Switzerland, France, and Greece.
• Follow-up of the resources through our outsourced resources tracking system, analysis of the profile presented and its possible assignment to a request generated by our internal client.
• Review of CVs and pre-selection of resources.
• Sending and updating job requests to our suppliers.
• Organise interviews with the hiring managers.
• Manage and generate reports that allow us to measure the activity we carry out (reports,

deadlines, quality review, etc.).

Requirements

You are fluent in English (C1 is a must) and Spanish.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (MUST).

Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Ability to establish a relationship with our suppliers and Hiring Managers.

Capacity to multi-task and be flexible.

Ability to work as part of a remote team.

Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to take initiatives.

Work location : Madrid, Spain.
