About the Internship

Are you a tech-savvy student passionate about digital innovation and user-friendly design? Join Ontex to support two exciting digital transformation projects :

  • Product Management Hub : A central SharePoint-based platform for accessing product-related information across teams.
  • Diecut SharePoint Tool : A specialized tool for managing and sharing packaging drawings in PDF format.
  • Location : 28050, Madrid. Hybrid modality (you can work from home 2 out of 5 days per week).
  • Duration : minimum 3 months

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with Product Management and IT teams to gather requirements.
  • Design and develop a visually appealing and intuitive SharePoint Hub.
  • Implement document libraries, metadata tagging, and version control.
  • Create dashboards, navigation flows, and content layouts.
  • Configure user access rights and permissions.
  • Conduct user testing and integrate feedback.
  • Document workflows and create user guides.

    • Ideal Candidate Profile

    Education :

    Currently pursuing or recently finished a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in :

  • Information Technology
  • Digital Media
  • Business Informatics
  • Or a related field

    • Technical Skills :

  • Experience with Microsoft tools (required)
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online (a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS and Power Automate (a plus)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Excel)

    • Soft Skills :

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn
  • Structured and detail-oriented
  • Capable of working independently and managing time effectively

    • Languages :

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Dutch or French is a plus
