Lawflex is sourcing a Senior Commercial & Software Counsel for a 6-month renewable contract with a leading international technology corporation in Madrid, Spain. This is a critical role for an elite lawyer who can hit the ground running (we call it a "plug-and-play" mindset!).

This is not a traditional in-house job, it's a strategic freelance project demanding exceptional autonomy and deep commercial judgment.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Lead Negotiator : Own the drafting and negotiation of complex, high-value commercial agreements across the EMEA region.
• Tech Specialist : Focus on core technology contracts : SaaS, Software Licensing, Cloud Services, and IT / Professional Services.
• Business Partner : Provide immediate, pragmatic legal advice to sales and business teams in a fast-paced, target-driven culture.
• Cross-Border : Navigate multi-jurisdictional issues, with a strong preference for proficiency in English Law.
