Process Consultant

At CORUS we are looking for a Process Consultant to join our team in an insurance project.

Location : Majadahonda, Madrid (2 days at the office, 3 remote)

You will design business processes using process modelling tools (ARIS), and participate in innovation and change by supporting customers in modernizing their processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of management methodologies and process design and / or customer experience design.
• Knowledge of modelling tools ( ARIS, Bizagi, BPM Systems , etc.) and process modelling with BPMN notation.
• Experience in process transformation projects in complex companies, with a strong focus on value creation.
• Multidisciplinary collaboration with IT and data analysts.
• Focus on customer experience and business results.
• Fluent English and Spanish (you will conduct meetings in both languages).
