Descripción del trabajoTrack the progress of job from inspection, estimate approval, through job completion. Obtain all required documentation required for a job from fellow colleagues and ensure they go to the right place. Work with Paul Davis corporate to fast track reviews and approvals. Fields calls from customers and team members and builds rapport Oversees office administrative operations Oversee office compliance operations New job intake by fielding calls and being a helpful resource Problem solves and helps people find solutions Improves the community by serving others Learns new things about construction and building homes Has fun and is part of a growing business Organized, analytical coordinator who likes a fast-paced environment Loves talking to people and building relationships Likes to problem-solve and help people find solutions Enjoys completing tasks Is a stickler for the details Can review data and deductively think through what information might be missing Likes to create and follow systems while helping others to follow them as well Enjoys taking care of others Likes math (geometry) and working with numbers and measurements High School Diploma or equivalent Professional appearance and courteous manner
