We are seeking a confident and capable Store Manager to lead our stores in Barcelona. This position is well suited to an individual with proven experience in retail or luxury fashion, who takes pride in building high-performing teams and creating outstanding customer experiences.
In addition to managing one of our existing or upcoming stores or pop-up locations in Barcelona, you will demonstrate agility as part of the relief management team, stepping in to support other stores when required to ensure seamless operations across the network.
Support the area manager in daily activities by actively contributing to the design of the Store's commercial and HR strategy.
Responsibilities
360° management of your shop.
Plan, implement and monitor the measures necessary to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
Ensure and collaborate in the implementation of merchandising standards and optimize sales space to maximize profitability.
Manage the warehouse by maintaining the correct stock level in compliance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
Know and apply brand and seasonal visual merchandising standards.
Coordination of commercial and organizational activities particularly on your Store (animations, events, new launches, CRM campaigns).
Act as a role model and promote effective communication within the sales team.
Monitor the performance of your team (KPIs and achievement of personal and store objectives) and animate it in order to achieve results.
Ensure the achievement of your department (budget and target achievement).
Apply company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (prices, promotions, communication) established by central services.
Contribute to the broader success of the retail network by supporting other stores when needed, stepping in to guarantee continuity of management and alignment with company standards.
Citizenship or Work Permit is required.
Qualifications
At least 4-5 years experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder) preferably in dynamic multinational retail contexts or Fashion Luxury.
Knowledge of the main trade KPIs, confidence in budget management, analysis and daily reports.
Degree (bachelor's or master's degree) preferred.
Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English.
Strong knowledge of Excel.
