We are seeking a Procurement Associate Specialist to support the Commercial function. The role involves proactive contribution to commercial aspects of development, consenting, engineering, construction, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of contracting processes in coordination with project departments.
- Identify and negotiate with suppliers, assessing and awarding contracts as required.
- Prepare and maintain sourcing plans to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Manage contractual risks, mitigations, and alternative solutions.
- Communicate summaries of contractual obligations to the project team.
- Ensure contract interpretation and advise the project team on scope, obligations, and rights & remedies.
Requirements
A graduate-level degree is preferable.Proficiency in English language skills, reading, writing, and speaking.Between 1-3 years of experience in commercial, legal, or procurement positions.Competencies
