Purpose

The Product Associate will support the Senior Project Manager and Network product team in implementing the product strategy and roadmap within the Network Data and Exchange Communications portfolio. This role acts as a liaison between stakeholders, provides project coordination and PMO support, and helps ensure product initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Senior Project Manager in planning, executing, and tracking product initiatives.

Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and progress reports for stakeholders.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including product managers, service management, sales, and development.

Assist in product lifecycle management : from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement.

Support product strategy and roadmap planning for short- and long-term initiatives.

Collaborate on stakeholder communication and change management.

Help manage supplier relationships and support service management strategy execution.

Support analysis of business performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and product KPIs.

Qualifications Experience

2+ years in a project coordination, product, or PMO role.

Experience in the air transport or technology industry is a plus.

Exposure to matrix organizations and cross-functional collaboration.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field. Other degree backgrounds considered.
