Overview Global Supply Chain Director

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead and optimize our global supply chain operations.

Responsibilities Develop and implement the supply chain strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.

Lead a diverse team, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management.

Oversee procurement, inventory management, production scheduling, logistics, and customer service.

Drive cost optimization, process efficiencies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain performance.

Qualifications Minimum 10 years of management experience in the pharmaceutical sector.

Background in CDMO / B2B pharma generics or biologics.

Expertise in sourcing, production scheduling, planning, launches, and warehouse management.

Proven ability to lead large teams (15+ people) and grow / develop team leaders.

Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and KPIs (on-time delivery, inventory turnover, transportation costs).
