The Practice Manager oversees the engineering team's capability area, working with stakeholders to develop strategic solutions and build high-performing teams. This role involves oversight of personnel, practice artifacts, tools, KPIs, and vendor relationships.
The Practice Manager works with clients and partners to improve products, expand offerings, and better market them for maximum impact. They support and manage specific practice-based services as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage TEKsystems Global Services' strengths and core competencies to develop foundational services
- Work with Sales and Solutioning teams to derive an optimal portfolio of productized and / or vertical offerings
- Oversee day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects and initiatives
- Monitor project health and review deliverables across projects

Project or Program management experience10+ years software development team leadership experience in an IT services provider environmentExperience managing and leading project delivery teams on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)Expertise in delivering projects related to Application Migration & Modernisation, Data Modernisation, Quality Testing, or Cloud OperationsPreferred Qualifications
Proposal and / or Statement of Work development experienceProject Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certificationSix Sigma or Lean certificationHigh degree of confidence and efficacy in hands-on executive presentation (C-suite) and preparationEducation
