What are we looking for?
For our specialized team, we are looking for an Expert Observability - Senior Dynatrace, to work in hybrid mode from Malaga (Spain).
You will act as a strategic link between technical infrastructure, functional observability, and business needs. This role designs, deploys, and evolves the observability strategy at SCIB, ensuring alignment from the technical stack to business processes, with a comprehensive approach that includes artificial intelligence, operational efficiency, and business value.
You must have certifications or demonstrable experience in the advanced use of Dynatrace in SaaS.
Work location : Málaga (Spain)
Working mode : Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
Working hours : M-F from 9.00 to 18.00
Responsibilities
- Design the functional and strategic observability roadmap, from infrastructure to business processes.
- Identify and translate business needs into observable KPIs, maturity models, and functional SLOs.
- Evaluate and coordinate the use of different observability tools (Dynatrace, Elastic, Netscout, etc.) according to each context.
- Guide the adoption of advanced observability capabilities : functional analysis, user behavior, business events, data correlation.
- Apply artificial intelligence concepts for predictive observability, noise reduction, and causal analysis.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, development, application, support, and architecture teams to ensure cross-functional adoption.
- Prepare value reports, executive dashboards, and regional or functional deployment plans.
Must have skills
Demonstrated experience designing and deploying enterprise-level observability strategies.Strong knowledge of various observability and performance analysis (APM) tools.Ability to connect business objectives with technical and operational capabilities.Advanced English and Spanish (minimum B2+ / C1) for international engagement.Ability to structure initiatives by country / region, establish maturity models, and lead organizational adoption.LANGUAGES
