Latin America Investment Banking Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst Intern to join our Corporate Finance team in Madrid. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with direct exposure to senior team members, gaining knowledge of the Latin American market and working alongside top talent in the Brazilian financial sector.

Our Corporate Finance division focuses on supporting European clients in LatAm. Our team provides customized assistance in sales, acquisitions, investments, mergers, and corporate restructurings.

The main responsibilities of this role include :

• Financial statement analysis
• Assisting in client presentations and pitch books
• Preparing internal briefing memos and client strategy reviews
• Company valuations and financial modeling
• Assisting in M&A deal execution

We require a strong academic background in finance or engineering, excellent analytical skills, and fluency in English. Portuguese and / or Spanish language skills are desirable.
