Drive sales and margin growth of HydroMet hardware (main focus) and software (secondary focus) solutions across Spain
Collaborate closely with the General Manager to develop and execute strategic plans for expanding into both established and emerging market segments
Manage the full sales cycle for environmental hardware tenders and public-sector procurement
Conduct on-site visits to develop new business opportunities and deepen existing client relationships
Maintain and grow key accounts in the HydroMet and environmental monitoring sector
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and webinars to represent KISTERS and nurture market presence
Provide voice-of-customer (VOC) insights to guide marketing and product development efforts
Offer technical support on hardware solutions to customers and distribution partners
Ensure timely and accurate reporting in CRM systems and contribute to regular sales calls
Your Profile : A Master’s degree in Hydrology, Meteorology, Civil or Environmental Engineering
5+ years of experience in the HydroMet sector with a solid background in environmental monitoring
Mandatory experience in HydroMet instrumentation; familiarity with data management and analysis is a strong plus
Proven ability to work independently and achieve budget targets
Experience in the environmental tendering process (public / private)
Strong team spirit and collaboration skills
A relevant professional network in the Spanish HydroMet and environmental sector
Native-level Spanish and proficient English skills (written and spoken)
Technical aptitude for explaining and supporting hardware-based environmental monitoring systems
Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office and experienced with CRM / ERP systems
Willingness to travel up to 60%
