Overview

This is your opportunity to make an impact in Business Development on a global level, where you can keep growing with us, a digital company in a steady phase of expansion. For our growing German Business Unit, we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager focused on developing business and clients for the DACH Market, eager to work in a diverse and multinational environment and being at the front line with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Developing a Business Development strategy both nationally and internationally, acquiring new accounts and managing a portfolio of key accounts while guaranteeing client loyalty.
  • Assuming high responsibility for your own client portfolio, consisting of diverse accounts from your preferred sector.
  • Supervising the selection process execution handled by our Recruitment Consultants and working hand in hand with them, understanding the client's needs.
  • Advising on best strategies to find top talent, and decide on the delivery for clients according to Catenon's methodology and quality standards.
  • Attaching to workflow and develop each step related to the sales management modalities (CRM completion and KPI management).
  • Training new team members on Catenon's methodology, sales & sourcing strategies. Identify training needs and evaluate the team's performance, providing the necessary support and attention for their professional development.

  • What you need to bring to the table

  • A minimum of 3 years of Business Development experience, ideally in the recruitment / headhunting sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
  • A fluent level of German and English, as we have a global focus. Other European languages are highly valued.
  • Experience developing and negotiating contracts with clients, with a high level of customer service.
  • A clear vision for the future, being able to generate your own action plan on market development.
  • An optimistic and proactive mindset, always looking for alternative solutions and proposing new actions to develop your market and your clients.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including interviewing, selling, influencing, negotiating and collaborating.
  • Be very self-directed and able to plan your own time, being used to working to targets and deadlines.
