Plant Director

An important pharmaceutical company located in Madrid is looking to incorporate a Plant Director into its team

Responsibilities ?

Organization and coordination of production departments.

Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and internal plant procedures.

Supervision and management of warehouse and distribution departments.

Development and monitoring of the plant’s production planning.

Coordination with Quality, R&D, and Supply Chain to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a safe, efficient, and continuous improvement-oriented environment.

Requirements

Degree in Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, or related fields).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in management positions, preferably in sterile areas .

Knowledge and experience in the manufacturing of vaccines and / or biological medicines .

English level B2 or higher.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office , SAP , and warehouse management software.

Strong knowledge of GMP / NCF and regulatory audits.
