Business Process Engineer and / or Workflow Automation Developer

LGT Digital Factory (Spain) S.L. is searching for a Business Process Engineer and / or Workflow Automation Developer for our Barcelona Office.

Your challenge

The backbone of our automation initiative is Flowable, a Java-based open source workflow engine executing BPMN 2.0 business processes.

As a Business Process Engineer (BPM) with focus on Flowable, you will be part of the Business Process Automation (BPA) team, a trusted partner for innovative and challenging business needs. Our international team operates across Spain, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Singapore.

The role offers the opportunity to develop and apply a solid understanding of various business processes that enable our international banking operations to excel both internally and in interactions with clients and partners.

In this ambitious role, your responsibilities will include :

Requirement Analysis & Collaboration

• Analyze and evaluate current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Map and document detailed business processes, providing clear visualizations and documentation to support process optimization and compliance.
• Collaborate with business experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure successful implementation.
• Recommend and implement process improvements, including automation opportunities, to enhance productivity and achieve key performance indicators.
