Global Energy Transition Leader

Overview The Operations Sponsor plays a crucial role in driving the global oversight, governance, and performance of Integrated Project Services. This senior leader is responsible for delivering excellence, driving profitability, and aligning operational execution with strategic objectives.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities Operational Delivery and Excellence : Oversee global execution of PMC & EPCm projects, sponsor critical global projects, and act as an escalation point.

Business Development and Strategic Growth : Develop a comprehensive capability / value proposition, participate in strategic pursuits, and foster relationships with strategic clients.

Governance, Standardization, and Process Management : Develop and maintain global standards and best practices, champion digital tools, and drive continuous improvement.

Capability and Resource Development : Conduct capability and competency assessments, drive talent attraction, and develop leadership succession plans.

Qualifications & Experience Education : Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.

Experience : 15-20 years in the Oil & Gas or Energy sector.

Leadership : Proven experience in leading multi-region portfolios and project delivery organizations.
