• Identify and engage with candidates for mid to senior level positions in various industries.
• Explore recruitment sources, network connections, social media platforms, job fairs, advertising resources, and other tools to attract high-quality candidates.
• Manage client and candidate relationships efficiently, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Develop and update progress reports to track the research and recruitment process, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Arrange and attend client meetings, prepare and write proposals, and support requests for information and requests for proposal documents.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including job description creation, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting, and closing.
• Familiarity with various sourcing methodologies, such as headhunting, market mapping, Boolean searches, social media recruitment strategies, and career sites.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with local and international clients and key stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide customer-focused services while maintaining quality control, with a strong attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive for growth and expansion are essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
