Responsibilities

• Implement automated security checks throughout CI / CD pipelines (SCA, SAST, DAST, fuzzing, etc.).
• Coordinate regular internal and external security assessments on new and existing products (e.g., penetration tests).
• Perform threat modeling, design and code reviews to proactively identify vulnerabilities.
• Build security libraries and tools for the Security Team and other teams.
• Maintain the vulnerability management process and address security risks.
• Work with the Security Champions program and conduct secure development trainings.
• Propose and create new standards and tools to improve security posture.
• Provide security expertise across the company on critical initiatives.
• Contribute to overall security improvements at Welltech and participate in Security Team initiatives.
• Support the security culture and awareness campaigns within the organization.
