WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Cybersecurity Engineer or similar role in an OT environment
  • Hands-on experience implementing, deploying and managing Network Intrusion Detection Systems (NIDS)
  • Solid understanding of anomaly detection, cyber defense and cyber operations in industrial networks
  • Proficiency in automation scripting (Python, PowerShell or Bash)
  • Experience supporting vulnerability assessments and risk analysis of operational technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills; able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and Spanish nice to have
  • Availability for a hybrid schedule (once per week at the office)

Nice to Have :

  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated environments
  • Familiarity with compliance standards (GxP) and OT asset inventory management

    • WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Implement, configure and maintain NIDS in OT networks to detect and respond to threats
  • Help define and document OT cybersecurity use cases tailored to production sites
  • Monitor systems for anomalies, investigate intrusion attempts and perform in-depth exploit analysis
  • Maintain and update OT asset inventories to ensure accurate visibility of devices and systems
  • Automate routine security tasks to improve team efficiency and consistency
  • Support vulnerability assessments and risk analyses for industrial control systems
  • Collaborate with IT and OT teams to design and enforce secure network architectures
  • Document findings, produce compliance reports and maintain audit-ready records
  • Stay up to date on emerging OT threats, vulnerabilities and best practices
