Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor IT Incident Management operations, focusing on Major Incidents.
Evaluate and resolve technical problems efficiently by following established processes.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders during incidents, including crisis management if necessary.
Analyze the Problem Lifecycle for open tickets, identify root causes, and implement remediation actions.
Provide timely and informative reports on Incident / Problem / Change activities to senior management.
Contribute to continuous improvement of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
Required Skills
Proven experience in managing critical IT incidents, problems, and changes in large-scale infrastructures.
Detailed knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management best practices.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.
Able to handle high-pressure situations and escalate effectively.
Fluency in English (B2 / C1), both written and spoken.
