IT Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced IT support specialist to join our team.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and applications;
- Maintain and configure workstations, install new software, and manage user accounts;
- Provide local and remote support to colleagues and clients;
- Troubleshoot and document steps taken to resolve technical challenges;
Requirements :
At least 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent);Able to build relationships and communicate effectively;Excellent time management skills and attention to detail;Solid knowledge of English language (B2 minimum);Benefits :
