Senior Housekeeping Manager

Overview

As a senior housekeeping manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel's housekeeping department. You will work closely with the housekeeping director to coordinate and supervise the activities of our stateroom, public areas, and open decks.

Responsibilities

• Cleanliness and Quality : Ensure that all rooms and public areas meet high standards of cleanliness and quality. Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Staff Management : Direct, coach, and evaluate the performance of your team members. Provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills.
• Operational Efficiency : Manage the assignment of duties, responsibilities, and workstations to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
• Guest Satisfaction : Collaborate with the housekeeping director to review guest comments and implement revisions to improve service and quality.
• Communication : Communicate effectively with staff, management, and guests to ensure seamless operation and resolve any issues promptly.
