Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing Spanish clients, ensuring their satisfaction and ongoing success.
• Customer Success : Ensure effective onboarding and ongoing support to our client\'s field users in order to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Spanish-speaking markets.
• Product Training : Design training presentations, and train client teams to understand and use Occicor\'s solution efficiently.
• Information Management : Add and update the product and store information on Occicor\'s AI-powered retail analytics solution.
• Content Marketing : Create and execute content marketing through our website and social media channels.
• Operational Excellence : Monitor field operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure correct usage of our software.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify technical problems in the product and processes, and provide feedback to the related teams within Occicor.
