The Main Event : What You'll Do As an Operations Manager , you will be at the forefront of our Madrid office operations, playing a pivotal role in driving and ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.

You will oversee operational processes, manage cross-functional teams, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency.

This is a key leadership role where you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to support our ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the operations team to ensure smooth execution of all processes across sales, compliance, and customer support.

Develop and implement operational strategies to scale our Madrid operations, aligning with the company's broader goals.

Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to streamline processes and enhance user experiences.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards, overseeing risk management and process improvements.

Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics, providing regular updates and actionable insights to the executive team.

Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners such as legal teams, notaries, and service providers to facilitate property transactions.

Troubleshoot operational challenges, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices for process optimization.

The Perfect Match : What You Bring At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in PropTech, Real Estate, or a tech startup environment.

Strong proficiency in English and native proficiency in Spanish.

Proven experience in leading teams, project management, and process optimization.

Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to changes, and meet tight deadlines.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.

Experience with operational tools and software (e.g., CRM, project management platforms like Asana or Trello).
