entirely customer‑funded —every feature you ship lands in production for real users. Our fully remote team works EU‑friendly hours on a 40‑hour schedule compressed into 4.5 days, wrapping up early every Friday (around 15 : 00 CET).

Role Overview – Product & Tech Lead We are looking for a

hands‑on Product & Tech Lead

who can bridge customer discovery, product strategy and technical execution. You will speak to clients in the morning, refine the roadmap at noon, and unblock a pull request in the afternoon. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll act as the single‑threaded owner of IdealTwin—working hand‑in‑hand with our Technology Leads, each of whom has a voice in how the product evolves—until we scale into dedicated Product and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities Customer Discovery & Validation

Interview design‑partner customers, validate pain points and turn insights into product hypotheses. Product Strategy & Roadmap

Own the quarterly roadmap and define measurable OKRs aligned with revenue goals. Technical Leadership

Review critical pull requests, guide architecture decisions and keep technical debt in check. Delivery & Process

Run lightweight Scrum ceremonies (dailies, sprint reviews, retros) and maintain a transparent backlog for a 3–4 developer squad. Go‑to‑Market Enablement

Package new modules into demos, pricing and case studies alongside Sales & Marketing; track MRR uplift from new features. Business Development & Partnerships

Identify, pursue and secure key strategic customers and technology partners to accelerate market traction.

Qualifications (Must‑Have) 5+ years

combined experience in software engineering and product management. Fluency in at least one modern web stack (Node.js, Python, TypeScript / React / Vue, etc.). Proven ability to turn customer insights into shipped features. Hands‑on leadership of small, agile teams (2–5 engineers). Excellent written and spoken English (Spanish a plus).

Preferred Skills (Nice‑to‑Have) Domain exposure to

Digital Twins, IoT or Industry 4.0 . Experience growing SaaS ARR from

0 → €1 M . Familiarity with real‑time 3‑D rendering libraries (Three.js, Babylon.js) or streaming pipelines (Kafka, MQTT). Knowledge of BIM standards and real‑estate sales processes.
