Overview We are hiring a Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing department at Promptly Health. The role focuses on planning and producing content, updating marketing trackers, managing social media, and supporting events planning. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong multitasking and organizational abilities, and a solid grasp of marketing techniques and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities Research and evaluate market data and industry trends.
Build marketing collateral (use cases, promotional materials) with cross-functional partners, including a graphic designer, for internal and external purposes.
Create and manage PR content.
Keep marketing systems and databases updated (Content planner, case study repository, marketing materials tracker, performance reports).
Work with the agency to monitor and update website content via the CMS (DatoCMS).
Coordinate our presence at industry events.
Coordinate transversal meetings.
Monitor and improve marketing performance : update monthly stats for website, social media, newsletters, and prior campaigns; maintain dashboards for overview of campaigns.
Coordinate end-to-end cold campaigns with other departments and centralized tools.
Manage community engagement on social media in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and Sales Team (e.g., LinkedIn).
Enhance SEO / SEA performance and website traffic.

Qualifications And Work Experience At least 2 years of experience in marketing.
Previous experience in healthcare is valued.
Experience with SEO and content and social media platforms.
Good understanding of current marketing trends and techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for marketing and healthcare.
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Fluent in English.
