In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with executive leadership to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent that aligns with our strategic objectives. Your expertise in executive hiring will shape our leadership team and support the organisation’s growth and success.

What you\'ll be doing

• Strategic Partnership : Collaborate with executive leadership to define leadership hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that meet organizational goals.
• Talent Sourcing : Utilise advanced sourcing techniques and extensive networks to identify and attract high-caliber executive talent.
• Candidate Engagement : Build and nurture strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Market Intelligence : Conduct thorough market research and analysis to provide insights on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
• Stakeholder Management : Engage with key stakeholders to communicate progress and provide regular updates on recruitment initiatives and candidate pipelines.
• Diversity & Inclusion : Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in leadership hiring, ensuring a broad range of perspectives are considered in the selection process.
• Performance Metrics : Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of leadership hiring and continuously improve recruitment processes.
