Product Designer (Temporary Contract)

Your main role here will be to

design the product

and

own the user experience

from concept to launch. You will work predominantly with modern design tools (like Figma), understand user's problems, and build interactive prototypes. Design, prototype, test, and iterate on user flows and interfaces in a thriving environment.

Work within your cross-functional team (engineers, product managers, …) to uphold the highest standards of design and usability right across the product.

You have worked using agile methodologies (preferably SCRUM).

A strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex digital products (web and / or mobile) and detailing your design process.

Expertise in the full design process : UX, mapping user journeys, wire framing, high-fidelity mockups and prototyping.

You have communication skills to help facilitate the design process, set up frameworks, brainstorm initial design concepts and speak confidently about your own design work and reasoning.

Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).

Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.

Language Skills : full professional proficiency in English.

Variable pay of up to 10% of your gross annual (paid every six months) depending on your performance and company performance.

At Permisso we are building the rails to collect, process and share financial, employment and other relevant data in real-time, securely and automatically directly from third parties’ products.

Our smart open data solution combines a robust yet simple API with a suite of low-code and no-code tools to help our customers (the new wave of fintechs, proptechs, insurtechs, tax management companies in Europe) collect and digest the necessary data from their users within their apps, communication channels and operations.

Founded by 3 experienced entrepreneurs in fintech and digital banking, and backed by top-notch national and international investors (including JME, Draper B1, Notion Capital and serial fintech entrepreneurs), Permisso aims to create a new business standard for financial services, much more transparent, fair and closer to the end-user.
