The Account Executive is responsible for quoting (proposals), follow-up, contracting and servicing prospective clients in matters related to the sales function with the goal of maintaining and winning client business.
What You Will Do :
Day to day contact with potential and existing clients for new sales, quoting and contracting activities.
Handle proposal development activities (simple and complex) including screening client information for scope determination, proposal generation and timely submittal of quote to the client.
Receipt / review of Applications and required contracting information. Completion of contract review to assure the requirements are defined, any differences resolved and that ABS QE is capable to provide service. Verification / entry of information into database for assigning of project numbers.
Ongoing sales reporting for management.
Participate in major proposal activities.
Administer corporate master agreements
Sales lead and quote follow-up, as assigned.

Education and Experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good oral and written communication skills; excellent telephone communication skills.
Considerable attention to detail including a high degree of accuracy in data entry and interpretation.
Ability and willingness to work in a team environment.
Familiarity with database requirements and computer tools available to make use of such data.
Good organizational, research & problem solving skills.
Can-do attitude, conscientious towards client service.
Familiar with the ABS Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Management System.
Must have a legal and valid right to work status in the country.
Reporting Relationships :
Reports directly to Manager, Director or Executive level.
