As a senior gaming professional, you will lead and manage the ship's Casino Department with a focus on driving revenue growth, enhancing guest satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with all gaming rules and regulations.
About the Role
- Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of the casino, including achieving established revenue targets and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall gaming experience for guests, driving repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Maintain a culture of excellence within the department, promoting teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
A minimum of two years progressive managerial experience in a casino function in an upscale hotel, resort, or cruise line (shipboard experience preferred).Satisfactory completion of Gaming Board / Commission approved dealer school.Strong management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff in a multicultural and dynamic environment.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Possess a good understanding of basic accounting principles and computer software applications.Qualifications
