Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Casino Manager to develop and implement operational strategies, driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of casino staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure high-performance results.
- Maintain accurate financial records, identify areas for cost reduction, and develop effective expense management strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to gaming rules and regulations, monitoring dealer behavior and accuracy in payout processes.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with international staff, fostering a productive and inclusive work environment.
Required Qualifications :
Minimum one year of experience as a Senior Casino Supervisor with consistently high performance ratings (shipboard experience preferred).One to two years of progressive supervisory experience in a casino function with resorts, cruise lines, and hotels.Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent.Benefits :
