Overview

Director of Casino Operations

The successful candidate will lead and manage the casino operations, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day activities, guest relations, and compliance with gaming rules.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee daily operations, including guest relations and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage a team of high-performing staff, focusing on consistently delivering exceptional results.
  • Promote financial growth by identifying cost-saving opportunities and revenue-generating strategies.
  • Maintain an optimized headcount within the area, supporting business needs while streamlining resources.
  • Develop and mentor international staff, utilizing motivational techniques, coaching, and counseling to enhance performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum one-year experience as a Senior Casino Supervisor with outstanding performance ratings.
  • One to two years of progressive supervisory experience in a casino function, preferably with resorts, cruise lines, and hotels.
  • Satisfactory completion of Gaming Board / Commission-approved dealer school.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university (or international equivalent).

  • Ability to analyze complex problems and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of computer software, internet access, and Microsoft Office.
  • International work experience, with the ability to manage diverse teams and adapt to changing environments.
